• Warranty

       

-MeTechMicro offers a 30 day warranty on all computer repair services, however any fault deemed to have recur as a result of miss-use by the user, will not be covered by this warranty.

MeTechMicro will determine fairly according whether an issue has not been resolved correctly or has recur due to miss use.

-Any changes or modifications made by the client during the warranty period that results in errors or damage to the services provided by MeTechMicro will void the warranty.

​

-MeTechMicro offers a 3 month warranty on our general repairs and IT services on any new computer build by us for the clients.

• No Fix No Charge

​

-If MeTechMicro, is unable to diagnose the cause of any software or hardware problem, nor suggest a suitable resolution to the problem then no charge will be apply to the customer.

​

-If MeTechMicro has go onsite or travel to collect the computer and provide the resolution to resolve the issue, and the customer chooses not to proceed with their recommendation - standard fees of $30 are payable to MeTechMicro.

• Data protection and Exchange of User information

​

-By using the service provided by MeTechMicro, You are hereby accepting this Agreement, to use and disclosures of your Information provided to us. 

​

-MeTechMicro will use to forward detail of customers job requests to select the most suitable service providers. The selected service provider has an interest in quoting for the job given, customer contact detail will then be provide to the service provider to provide you the best customer experince possible.

 

-MeTechMicro uses the information we collect :To fulfill requests for products and service, improve our service to serve you better. Once you register with MeTechMicro, your Name, address, contact numer, email address and a password all will be maintained on our system.

• MeTechMicro does not sell, share, or otherwise disclose Personal Information about you with other people or non affiliated companies except to provide services you've requested, or under the following circumstances:

1. We may provide information to trusted partners or suitable service providers who work on our behalf and who have entered into confidentially agreements with us.

2. we will share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, we also may disclose information if we deem it necessary to exercise our legal rights or defend ourselves against legal claims.

3. we may transfer information about you if we are acquired or merged with another company.

• Liability

​

-MeTechMicro will in no way be liable to the customer or any third party for any accidental, consequentail or indirect damages resulting from the provision of the service. This will includes but not limited to:

​

1) Data loss or data corruption

​

2)Any damages related to downtime, interruption of business services, loss of profit or damage to any goodwill during the service.

• Payment

​

-MeTechMicro goods or services must be made by cash, cheque and bank transfer. Payment must be made directly upon the completion of work, or at a time requested and comfirmation by MeTechMicro. There will be no credit terms provided without prior approval from MeTechMicro management.

​

-Prices for all services provided by MeTechMicro will be vary depending on the issue.

​

-All item supplied by MeTechMicro are charged separately from the services provided. We will add up the total amount with the services price accordingly with the item required.

​

-All onsite visit by MeTechMicro are chargable at a price of $40, if the customer do not want to fix after solutions given by MeTechMicro, Unless MeTechMicro unable to suggest a solution to the customer problems.

​

-All onsite hour will be charge after a minimum of 1hour labour and be charged hourly rate or a fix price upon agreement between MeTechMicro and with the customers.

Changes to this Policy

• Take Note may update and change this Term and Condition from time to time.

• We will notify you directly if we make significant changes to this Term and Condition.
